Japan
Shipping is free. Orders are delivered by Click Post or Yu-Pack.
International
Orders are shipped by Japan Post International Air Packet, with tracking, and delivered to your mailbox (no signature required). The shipping fee depends on the weight of the packed parcel and the destination, and is calculated automatically at checkout.

We do not ship to the United States (including Guam, Puerto Rico and other overseas territories), Palau, the Marshall Islands or Micronesia.
One book usually fits within 500g.
We can ship up to 2kg per order. For orders over 2kg, or for countries and regions not served by International Air Packet, please contact us using the details on our “Legal Notice” page.
Any customs duties or import taxes charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees include packing materials and handling, and are based on Japan Post's rate table revised on June 1, 2026.
Delivery usually takes about 1 to 3 weeks from shipment. It may take longer depending on the destination and customs.
We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. In some countries and regions, tracking may not be updated after the package leaves Japan.
Please enter your address accurately in English, including the building name and unit number.
Lost Packages
International Air Packet does not include insurance. If your package has not arrived 30 days after shipment, please contact us using the details on our “Legal Notice” page. We will ask Japan Post to investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will reship it, or refund you if the item is out of stock.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after tracking shows them as delivered.
Returned Packages
If a package does not fit in your mailbox or you are not home, it will be held at your local post office for a limited time and returned to Japan if not collected. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, reshipping will require a new shipping fee. If you do not wish to have it reshipped, we will refund the product price, excluding shipping.
