Charges Other Than the Product Price
Shipping within Japan is free. For international orders, shipping fees apply in addition to the product price (including consumption tax). See our “Shipping” page for details.
Order Validity Period
7 days from the date the order is received.
Defective Products
We accept returns of items damaged in shipping. Items in stock will be exchanged for a non-defective one; items out of stock will be refunded.
Delivery Time
Orders ship on or after the day following confirmation of payment, by Click Post or Yu-Pack. Slight delays may occur depending on stock or holidays.

Returns
As a rule, we do not accept returns. However, for damaged items (such as significant missing or misordered pages), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. For items that differ from your order or are defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
